Services

The building blocks of effective sustainability

Two services deliver a finished outcome. Two give you expert advice for a specific need. All of them are scoped to your deadline, your data and the size of your team.

Delivered for you

Scope 1 & 2 emissions report

Know your number and be able to stand behind it.

Most organisations are asked for an emissions figure long before they have one. We build your Scope 1 and 2 inventory for a 12-month period from your energy, fuel and refrigerant data, using the Australian Government's National Greenhouse Accounts (NGA) Factors, documented and ready for third-party assurance.

What you get

  • Scope 1 and 2 emissions for a 12-month period, with location-based and market-based Scope 2
  • A calculation workbook and a short methodology note your auditor or customer can follow
  • A data-quality summary: what's solid, what's estimated and how to improve it
  • Practical next steps, including the quickest emissions reductions we can see

Add-on: assurance support. We prepare the evidence pack, answer your assurer's questions and work through their findings with you until the review is complete.

What we need from you: around 12 months of electricity, gas and fuel records, plus site and vehicle details. We'll tell you exactly what to pull together.

Good for: first-time reporters, businesses answering a customer request and Group 2 and 3 entities building a baseline before their first AASB S2 report.

Fractional sustainability manager

A sustainability lead, a few days a month.

You have targets and obligations but not the workload for a full-time hire. We step in as your sustainability manager, embedded in your team and accountable for progress.

What it can include

  • Owning the reporting calendar, data collection and auditor liaison
  • Answering customer and tender sustainability requests as they arrive
  • Project-managing reduction work, such as energy efficiency, solar and batteries
  • Briefing the board and executive on progress, risks and decisions needed
  • Scaling up around reporting season and down in between

Good for: mid-sized organisations without an in-house sustainability lead, or with a lead who needs senior support.

Advice and assessment

AASB S2 gap assessment

Know exactly what your first climate report needs.

AASB S2 asks for more than an emissions number: board oversight, climate risks and opportunities, scenario analysis, risk processes, metrics and targets. We review where you stand today and give you a clear, prioritised path to your first report.

What you get

  • A review across the four AASB S2 areas: governance, strategy, risk management and metrics and targets
  • A prioritised gap register with owners and effort estimates
  • Scope 3 guidance: which categories matter for your business and a realistic plan to collect the data before it's required from your second reporting year
  • A board-ready summary and a roadmap to your first report

Good for: Group 2 and 3 entities preparing their first sustainability report and Group 1 entities whose first report surfaced gaps.

Customer and tender responses

Answer sustainability requests with confidence, not guesswork.

Larger customers now need emissions and climate information from their suppliers for their own reporting. The requests arrive in different formats, with tight deadlines and unfamiliar terms. We help you work out what's really being asked, find the data you already have and respond credibly.

What you get

  • A review of the questionnaire, tender section or data request and what a strong answer looks like
  • Help gathering the data and drafted responses for your sign-off
  • A reusable answer bank, so the next request takes hours instead of weeks
  • Advice on which commitments to make and which not to make yet

Good for: suppliers to large retailers, manufacturers and government and anyone responding to a sustainability section in a tender.

Not sure which fits?
